All Heart Heating & Cooling in Lancaster, CA is actively seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to oversee our installation team while performing residential installs. Our Lead HVAC Installers typically work Monday-Friday from 7 am - 3:30 pm. This position comes with a competitive wage of $28-$40 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance spiffs. • 5+ years of heating and cooling experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
