Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is located in Dousman, WI. We are seeking caring team members willing and able to commit to our workplace values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy and Fun to work in our brand new assisted living community, Riverside Lodge!

The Med Tech supports our mission and values by providing our residents with personal care, as well as homemaker tasks such as meal service and cleaning.

What will I do as a Med Tech?

• Assists with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and ambulation to encourage independence, according to resident service plan and established procedures
• Assists with homemaker tasks including laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation and serving
• Planning and conducting therapeutic activities.
• Supervise self-administration or administer medications per physician order.

What is required in this position?

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Current and valid CBRF certification, First Aide certification and fire safety training preferred, or will be provided upon hire.
• Experience in a resident care position preferred.
• Ability to use computers for charting and communication.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within set guidelines.
