StretchLab is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to assist the Area General Manager in overseeing the sales and operations of the StretchLab studios in Solana Beach, CA and Del Mar, CA.

Position:

At StretchLab, we are a boutique fitness studio passionate about creating and sustaining long-term client and employee relationships. We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to help the Area General Manager manage the studio operations, drive membership sales, and lead a team of membership sales consultants with training, lead management, and building rapport with clients utilizing their own skill and leadership abilities. The ideal Assistant Sales Manager has some knowledge and experience with sales processes, and excels at lead management, relationship/community building, and driving sales. The role requires someone with an innate ability to inspire, coach, train, motivate and support a team of heartfelt individuals to their best selves. Were seeking a quick learner who is open to developing and learning a myriad of skills and functions of a small, boutique business in a nurturing and supportive environment where passion meets purpose. Responsibilities:


  • Instill a strong studio culture of care
  • Sales training and front desk operations
  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing, Community Outreach and Networking
  • Implement the sales process to schedule prospects into 1st time visits
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales, pop-up and networking events and business development efforts
  • Consistently hit monthly membership sales targets
  • Independently make decisions related to high level of customer service and ensure high level of customer service is upheld by all studio staff
  • Manage customer accounts and questions, including collect outstanding dues and sales
  • Assist General Manager in supervising Sales Representatives and Flexologists
  • Proficiency in ClubReady (POS and booking system), to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc
  • Manage sales team schedule
  • Work with the GM to coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
  • Help enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:


  • 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred
  • Confident in generating personal sales
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with General Manager and studio owners
  • Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via text and email
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness, health, and wellness
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience with face to face customer service
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software
