Position Summary

PTAC Engineering is searching for skilled CAD Technicians to contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our family. This position is a nonexempt full-time position.  Your role will be creating a high-quality product that exceeds our clients’ expectations by utilizing specialized engineering software to create detailed construction documents.   Working under the supervision of a senior drafter, you will compile bills of materials, shop drawings and other documents as required.

Education Requirements

Associate degree or completed trade school preferred but not required

Experience

0-2 years of experience required

Software Skills

MS Office preferred

Autodesk Revit preferred

Job Duties

Prepare shop drawings under supervision of senior drafters

Scanning and printing of drawing

Prepare bills of materials

Assist in development of other construction documents and 3D Revit models
