To succeed as a Leasing Consultant at The Pointe Brodie Creek, you should have at least 1 year of leasing experience, although we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must, as well as the ability to handle basic office tasks and prioritize in a busy environment.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting our leasing office, so a friendly demeanor and professional attitude are essential. You will greet residents and applicants with a smile, provide tours of our community, and assist with leasing activities. Additionally, you will help with marketing and leasing plans, ensuring compliance with The Fair Housing Act, and Richardson Properties Policies and Procedures.
