ENTRY-LEVEL GUTTER INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

In this entry-level position, you ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at The Brothers. You go out in the field with experienced construction installers. While being their helper, they mentor and train you on everything from how to properly perform installations to how to professionally interact with our clients.

You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with clients and fellow employees. You enjoy expanding your knowledge and skills. You are excited to be one of our construction installers and can't wait to advance in this stable and essential industry!

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Ability to work overtime
• Comfortable with heights

2 years of experience in construction is a plus, but not required, we will train the right person!
