Job Description
Blessed Oasis Pet Resort in Fayetteville, NC is looking to hire a full-time General Maintenance Worker - Fence Specialist. We pay $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience, and permit a flexible schedule. The typical schedule is 40 hours a week and ideally Tuesday - Saturday but we are open to a flexible schedule with the right candidate.

Our facility mirrors a hotel environment by utilizing physical features like Italian tile, large ceiling fans, sound-absorbing materials, ceiling speakers for calming noises during thunderstorms, and doggie doors that lead to individual patios. Additionally, we have web cameras that allow our pet parents 24/7 access so they can check on their animals anytime, day or night! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monthly fence and gate inspections with reporting of condition to management and pet resort owner
- Repair fencing and gates as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on fences and gates
- Simple plumbing and electrical repairs
- Simple HVAC repairs and maintenance
- Perform general building maintenance including painting and sheetrock patchwork as needed
- Assist in maintaining the facility in an attractive and presentable manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be comfortable working with fencing and gates
- Must have basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical know how
- Experience performing building maintenance for an apartment complex or hotel a plus
- Must have all necessary tools
