Sharp-Long 72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is a friendly provider of heating & cooling services for homeowners based in Lee's Summit. We've been serving the local community for 50+ years!

We are in search of an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Job Functions: To manage all operational aspects of the business, including the installation and service departments, and coordinate all activity between the field and the office. Key functions include supporting field team members; management/scheduling of team workload; implementation of standardized operating procedures; resolution of customer issues or concerns; management of inventory/equipment/fleet; ensuring compliance with safety and other standards; achieving budgeted financial results; and other additional duties, as assigned.

Pay Range: Top Pay for Top Talent + Bonus Opportunity + Benefits

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weeknights and weekends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a management role in the HVAC industry
• Prior home service experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, proactive, energetic, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus but not required
