We're currently looking for Apprentices / Entry Level HVAC Installers to join our team! The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and not afraid to work hard. As you advance in the position, you will be expected to become NATE certified. This is not just a job but a career in a high-demand industry that can sustain you for life! Primary Job Function: To assist with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Compensation: Hourly pay starting at $18.00/hr
Work Hours: 7:30 am 4:00 pm with a 1/2 hour for lunch

Required Qualifications:
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- HVAC training preferred
- Construction or other similar work experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to crawl in tight spaces and work in extreme weather conditions
