Job Summary:
Village Caregiving in Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a PRN In Home Caregiver in New Auburn, Wisconsin. This is a part-time healthcare/medical position, with a predictable hourly schedule and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers competitive compensation of $15 to $20 per hour, paid semimonthly. PRN caregivers are eligible for a flexible work schedule, continuing education opportunities, and employee referral bonuses. Additionally, Village Caregiving offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care for clients in New Auburn, Wisconsin on an as-needed basis
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Help clients with mobility and escort them to appointments or activities
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Village Caregiving team
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Care Manager

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or HHA preferred
- Knowledge of basic personal care and housekeeping tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and follow care plans and protocols
- Flexibility and availability to work PRN hours, including weekends and holidays
