Salary: $93,912.00 Annually/Additional Differentials Must Qualify

Clinical Supervisor - Behavioral Health Services & Wraparound

One (1) Full-Time/Exempt/$93,912.00 annually (DOE)

**Bonus to be paid out as follows: $1,000.00 issued upon hire and $1,000.00 upon 6-month completion of employment**


Pay differentials offered - must qualify through testing or verification for the following special competencies.

*Language Translation - Bi-cultural  Spanish  ($1.00 per hour)

*Bimodal Bilingualism -  ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)

*Experience 2 years Post CA BBS Licensure ($2.00 per hour) 


Under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager/Director, the Clinical Supervisor plans, directs, coordinates, and participates in supervision and activities of the Behavioral Health and Wraparound Programs by implementing the program’s mission and utilizing policies and procedures created for its success. The right candidate is capable of performing all the functions a clinician typically does for a given service and functions in a supervisory administrative and/or program management capacity within the agency. 


Education and/or Experience                                                

  •  Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology or related field; and, 
    •  Two years of progressively responsible experience; or, 
  •  A combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Licenses and Certifications: 

  • BBS Licensed with 2 years experience post licensure. 
  • Experience will be considered in place of some educational requirements:  Up to (2) two years of verified job-related experience can be provided by the applicant, that shows necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities (“KSA”) to be able to perform the functions of the advertised position proficiently.
  • Must have 2 years management or supervisory experience and have 2+ years working in a mental health setting. Applicant must provide written verification of ALL relevant job related experience for consideration upon competition of agency application and prior to first interview


CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.  

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
