Sales & Marketing Representative - Assisted Living Neighborhood

The role of our Sales & Marketing Representative will be to follow up on inquiries, provide families with tours, manage onboarding residential applications and formalities, and develop and build relationships within our community with key referral sources.

Duties:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential Elders and their families with the primary goal of securing Residency Agreements
• Schedule and provide tours of our community to potential Families and Elders
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to assist with our move-in process
• Work concurrently with our Nursing staff to ensure proper move in paperwork is in good order
• Responsible for entry and maintenance of database management system/lead tracking
• Evaluate and implement the Villas' sales plans, including identifying strategies to increase occupancy, working directly with the Executive Director  and Owner  
  

Qualifications

- Possess a genuine and natural ability to connect with people 

- Prefer minimum three years' experience in assisted living or related field in some combination of sales, marketing, event planning, and/or community outreach
- Must participate in all required Training & Certifications

Hours Per week:  We expect a full week of effort which may include some weekend tours. 

Compensation:   Salary plus commissions based on experience potential total income compensation $55k - $68k
