Looking for experienced Front of House and Back of House team members to join us on our mission!

Job Summary

• Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of the bar.
• Take drink orders from patrons or servers and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
• Mix ingredients for cocktails and serve wine and bottled or draught beer. Ring drink orders into the register, collect payments, and make changes.
• May also wash and sterilize glassware, prepare garnishes for drinks, as well as take food orders for patrons at the bar and for take-out.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by the company.
• Maintain a positive attendance record by reporting to work for assigned shifts at the scheduled time.
• Follow all sanitation and safety standards set forth by the company.
• Maintain our guest service philosophy by following guest service standards.
• Know all menu items offered at the restaurant. Accurately explain specials to guests.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years bartending experience
• Customer service
• Outgoing personality
• Money handling
• Ability to multi-task
