YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As our Call Center Customer Service Rep, you're responsible for communicating with customers over the phone and helping them out with whatever they need. Always upbeat and professional, you answer incoming phone calls, respond to questions, and inform customers about our products. You help place and manage orders as well as redirect calls to the appropriate departments. If a customer is unhappy, you do what you can to fix the problem and make everything right.

Here's what we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in customer service or a call center would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level position.
