Are you looking to be part of a fast-paced, small team in a fast-growing manufacturing company? We are looking for an experienced manufacturing team member that wants to join our team and help us continue that growth.

Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all wire our customers wire needs; from single wire to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology and food equipment, just to name a few.

From the start in 1973, Elektro Assemblies brings your prints to life by offering initial builds and production runs, with supreme quality and delivery. We are here to serve our customers and their needs. There's no wire too small or harness too large, that we can't produce for our customers.

We are looking for a self-directed ambitious team member that wants to be part of a great manufacturing team, that can utilize their skills to contribute to the growth of the business!

To be a well-qualified team member, you should have the following skills:

  • Read, interpret and follow assembly drawings and work instructions.
  • Build complex assemblies to the customer's desired specifications.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and following process
  • Test assembled parts to ensure functionality.
  • Setup, build and test large wire harness assemblies.
  • Be self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Ability to run equipment such as braiding, crimping, wire cutting.
  • Ensure all work performed meets or exceeds quality specifications.
  • Ability to be flexible to work in many areas.
  • Follow all quality, environmental, health, and safety programs.
  • Algin with the work schedule to support the team.

This opportunity may require that you're on your feet all day, but we can and do make accommodation. In addition to that, you may be asked to lift or move material that can weigh as much as 30 pounds.
