BDC Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-centric individual with sales experience to join our team as a BDC Customer Care Specialist at Route 128 Honda in Reading, Massachusetts. This full-time, hourly position is part of the fast-paced and dynamic auto industry and offers a competitive salary between $50,000 and $58,000 per year.

As a BDC Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with new lead generation through various channels. This individual contributor role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and online channels
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability to generate new leads and increase sales
- Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions, maintain client database, and monitor sales progress
- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to provide outstanding customer service and address any concerns or queries
- Collaborate with sales team to provide support and enhance customer experience during the sales process
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
