Job Description:
As a Preschool Office Administrator, you will assist with the coordination of school operations, including financial planning, community outreach, relationship-building, staffing, teacher development, and ensure the implementation of our proprietary curriculum while maintaining a happy, safe, and healthy education environment for the children. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- 18+ years or older.
- High School Diploma and 2 years previous lead teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- Preferred associate degree in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or a related human services field.
- Knowledge of state education and licensing standards.
- Broad knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to ensure a safe and orderly climate.
