Medical Office Assistant

Scheduling: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri | 8am - 5pm || Wed: 10am - 7pm (Rotating)

Saturdays: 8am - 4pm (Rotating)

 

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Office Assistant.

 

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding during their visit.

- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies.

- Accurately perform data entry tasks, maintaining patient records and updating medical information as required.

 

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Medical Office Assistant (No certification is necessary) 

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with patients and colleagues in a professional and compassionate manner.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks performed.

- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is desirable.
