As an Automotive Equipment Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of our client's operations, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and modifying their cutting-edge manufacturing and test equipment. Your mission? To enhance system uptime and reliability, ensuring they're always at the top of their game.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify automotive manufacturing and test equipment.
- Oversee equipment modifications for process changes, new models, and expansions.
- Maintain and update all process documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Specific Requirements:

- Associate Degree in a technical manufacturing discipline and 2 years of automation/PLC controls experience, OR High school diploma/GED and 2 years technical maintenance experience PLUS 2 years automation/PLC controls experience (4 years total experience).
- Highly flexible individual capable of adapting quickly to changes.
- Ability & willingness to work overtime and holidays as needed.
- Ability to pass a computer-based technical knowledge assessment and a hands-on electrical troubleshooting proficiency test.
- Reside within a 75-mile radius of the plant.

Preferred Experience:

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of closed-loop servo systems.
- Design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sequential processes.
- Working with high-level programming languages.
- Interfacing controls, processes, and feedback devices.
- Human/Machine interface devices and associated software.
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AC variable frequency drives.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in three-phase power, pneumatic controls, and Siemens PLC S7 experience.
