Ernie Smith & Sons Roofing, a family-owned roofing company serving Manvel, Texas for over 35 years, is looking for a motivated and organized Intake Specialist to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our incoming leads, ensuring they're followed up with promptly and professionally, paving the way for successful conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads generated through various channels (Website forms, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Schedule appointments with our sales representative based on lead urgency and needs.
• Gather detailed customer information like the address
• Follow up with leads to ensure they receive timely communication and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system (Hubspot)
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to convert leads into satisfied customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Business Suite and comfortable learning new CRM software.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations.
