Job Summary

Develops and implements methods and procedures to assure smooth operation of the Dynamic Mail Loading System. Perform analysis cost analysis and provides feedback to Client Services. Coordinates and plans the dispatching of mail. Works daily with production, warehouse, and customer service departments on dynamic mail loading issues.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Interprets instructions from Customer Service to perform postal cost analysis for Customer mailings.
Collects and maintain billing for every mailing on a corporate data base.
Provides process instructions back to Customer Service on how to prepare each mailing.
Resolves problems in transportation plans and systems.
Tracks and traces customer’s mail through Dynamail system
Maintains accurate and easily accessible reports and records.
Documents all distribution issues and maintains supporting documentation.
Demonstrates knowledge of postal presort qualifications, postal presort regulations and provide technical support when necessary.
Promotes a positive work environment and fosters a positive company image.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive business information
Follows with all company policies and procedures as well as all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
2 years of relevant work experience.
High level of attention to detail and follow through skills
Must be intermediate in the use of Google Mail

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Understanding of basic principles of Accounting
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Printstream)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical thinking and negotiation skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
Basic knowledge of USPS rules and regulations
