The Applications Processor is responsible for preparing permit, utility and state application packages, tracking/recording all applications' progress, and maintaining positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations. An ideal candidate for the position will be amiable, detail-oriented, organized, dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare permit, utility and state application packages
Assist in compiling information necessary to complete application packages
Track progress and update information in database
Review and distribute documents and correspondence
Perform administrative functions including but not limited to: incoming calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, preparing shipments, and filing
Develop and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations
May require permit running

Qualifications & Experience

Permitting experience preferred
Exemplary interpersonal skills
Proficient in various forms of communication
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
Consistent thoroughness/attention to detail
Solar Admin experience preferred, but not required
1+ year(s) of office experience
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF)
College degree preferred
Notary Public preferred, but not required
