Kitchen Manager- Large, Entertainment Dining Group!

Large entertainment dining group with Nation Wide locations looking for a kitchen manager for our Lubbock location1!

What We Seek:

• 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a senior management role (KM or higher) in a restaurant/entertainment setting.
• High-volume experience required ($3M+/year in volume).
• Thorough understanding of P&L, food cost, labor cost, and waste controls.
• Stickler for food safety and health standards.
• Collaborative personality and works well with FOH/BOH
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
