Summary (Scope of the Job) 

Cotton is searching for experienced, reliable and high-volume adaptable Utility/Prep Cooks.  This role will be responsible for assisting the cook with food, dining room/galley preparations and cleaning, assisting in serving meals, washing dishes and other duties that may be required outside the kitchen. In addition, the Utility/Prep Cook will have general housekeeping duties to include cleaning bathrooms and toilets, buffing floors, disposing of garbage any duties as assigned by the manager that can be performed safely.  The Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ commercial kitchen experience, able to manage their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
