JOB SUMMARY:

As a D365 Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in our organization's digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications, ensuring they align with our business objectives and support seamless operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide expert guidance to maximize the value of D365 across our organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Analyze, configure, customize, and implement the Microsoft D365 for Finance and Operations (F&O) and maintain a deep technical understanding of the platform.
  • Analyze, develop, and support integration between the Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external applications.
  • Independently work in effective transition of gathering technical requirements to delivery and development, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
  • Participate in design and code reviews and provide input into the design recommendation and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.
  • Keep supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management.
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
  • Provide end user support.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and document technical design, for both customers and other team members.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. This experience should include a deep understanding of D365 customization, implementation methodology, configuration, proficiency in SQL and data migration, Excellent understanding of the OOPS concepts, along with a strong working knowledge of X++ programming language. Strong knowledge of business processes, especially in CRM, Finance, and Operations is essential. Strong working knowledge of relational databases and data management concepts. Strong working knowledge of building reports. Effective communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Project management experience, adaptability to evolving technologies, and a customer-focused mindset are also key attributes in this position.

Adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies to keep pace with changes in the D365 ecosystem.
  • Education: Associates or B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields
  • Experience: 3+ years of strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials and Operations with at least one project in upgrades, customization, or implementations in D365. Experience in poultry or agricultural operations is extremely helpful, but not essential.
  • Certification(s): Essential in the following disciplines: Core, Technical, Functional exams.

WORK CLIMATE:

Work in primarily sedentary and is performed in an office or manufacturing environment; May be required to provide technical support after hours.
