The ideal candidate will require basic carpentry, plumbing and handy man skills.

- Basic Carpentry: Installation and repair of structures such as signage, partitions, walls, doors, fences, window frames, office furniture, roofs, and shelves.
- Plumbing: Understand basic plumbing and repair plumping leaks, breaks, clogged lines, and drains and the ability to replace minor parts.
- Paint: Apply and prepare various surfaces for paint, enamel, lacquer, varnish, or stain.
- Grounds Maintenance: Mowing, trimming, weeding lawns, water trees, shrubs, and lawn and trims tree branches.
- Preventative Maintenance: Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machinery and equipment run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
- Organization: Maintain a work log of projects and follow up with management for additional information and supplies when needed. Disposes of trash and debris from work areas.
- Reporting: Reports hazards, issues with pests and other facility needs in a timely manner to management
