Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced rough-in plumber who has at least some experiencein service work. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures in residential buildings.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians and other construction professionals.
• Follow building plans and blueprints.
• Respond to, diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.

Job requirements

• Rough-in plumbing experience
• Driver's license
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
