RENEWAL SPECIALIST

Unified Group Services is a full-service third-party administrator (TPA) for self-insured group health plans. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and the flexibility our customers desire in administering employee benefit plans.

The Renewal Specialists work in a team environment, preparing documents monthly from our software system and posting them to a secure website accessible by clients and brokers. In addition, they prepare semi-annual reviews showing client expenditures within their healthcare plan. Specialists also prepare reports annually to submit to reinsurance carriers for annual client renewal. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical to the success of this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Accounting or Finance experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Polite, courteous, and professional phone skills
• Excellent attendance
• Excellent customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude
• Positive team player willing to help others.

HOURS REQUIRED: 40 per week - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

PAY: Hourly
