Job Description: As our Insurance Sales Rockstar, you'll be the face of our agency and the first point of contact for clients looking to protect their homes, cars, and other prized possessions. You'll use your charisma and charm to guide clients through the insurance buying process, answering their questions, and providing tailored solutions that meet their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Show off your sales skills by identifying and qualifying prospects through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
• Use your creativity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, while providing them with top-notch customer service.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options with a smile.
• Collaborate with clients to review and update their coverage as needed.
• Exceed sales goals and other performance metrics, because you're a rockstar and nothing less than that.

Requirements:

• Active Property and Casualty license.
• At least one year of experience in insurance sales or related field, but if you have more than that, even better!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, because we love collaboration.
• Results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding sales goals, because we're all about celebrating wins here.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but if you've got the talent and passion, we want to hear from you.

Experience:

• Insurance sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Required)
• Life Insurance License (a plus)
