Seasonal Golf Shop Assistant

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Supervises fleet.
• Assists Pro Shop customers
• Operates cash register and processes payments and fees
• Operates a multi line phone system
• Books tee times for groups and individualsSeasonal Golf Shop Assistant
• Assists the Professional staff in preparation for all Golf Club activities and tournaments
• Communicates with marshals and starters to insure consistent flow of play
• Maintains effective working relationships with SVCA staff, board members and the general public
• Promotes and supports workplace safety
• Undertakes other duties as assigned

Work Experience/ Educational Requirements: (Suitable work experience may substitute for Educational Requirements)

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the game of golf and the golf industry preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must have valid WA State driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
