Rigger

Must Haves:

• 2-4 years' experience supervising and directing technicians
• Experience reading and understanding blueprints and schematics
• Experience Rigging
• Experience pulling wire and cable, and terminating wire and cable and Soldering
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the installation of Audio Visual and Lighting systems
• Considerable knowledge of low voltage electronics and basic construction skills

Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a full time Project Superintendent to join their team. This role will require travel to different project sites across the USA. In your role as Project Superintendent overseeing the installation of audio, visual, and lighting systems, your primary duties include coordinating with the project manager to ensure the project's design, scope, and deadlines are met. This involves maintaining effective communication with subcontractors, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on schedule. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising the installation process to ensure that it adheres to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Regular site visits to monitor progress and address any emerging issues will be crucial. As challenges arise, you will play a key role in evaluating, troubleshooting, and resolving problems to ensure the project stays on track. Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for conveying updates, addressing challenges, and fostering seamless collaboration among team members and clients.
