Warehouse Mover

Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Movers at a local client in East Durham, NY. Warehouse Movers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with starting pay at $22.50/hr., plus available overtime. As a Warehouse Mover, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department, ensuring accuracy and compliance through documentation of Warehouse operations, including SOPs, WIs, and OJTs. Coordinate training sessions and provide hands-on guidance to associates, fostering a culture of achievement and driving collaborative efforts towards successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• 3+ months' experience
  
• Familiarity with Warehouse operations
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to take on additional responsibilities in a leadership role
  
• Effective oral and written communication skills
  
• Demonstrated skill in motivating and guiding teammates towards accomplishing objectives
  
• Ability to utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to produce solutions to meet business needs
  
• Flexibility to work extended hours to achieve results
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
