Sales & Service Representative - Full-time

What does a sales and service representative do?

• Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions
• Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs
• Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage
• Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression
• Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals

What skills and qualifications are needed in this role?

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required
• Must have experience in a performance-based environment (i.e. individual sales goals and metrics)
• Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs
• Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service
• Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

There will be additional incentives such as quarterly bonus payouts based off sales performance.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:30pm

Training Start Date: May 20th
