Requirements:

• WA license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience
• Cardiac Surgical experience
• Will accept first time travelers
• Need strong travelers
• ECMO not required for Travelers IMPELLA - without CVICU experience and open heart experience, as well a device or two (i.e. IABP, PrismFlex, Impella, ECMO, LVAD) preferred
• Skills: IABP, fresh open heart
• BLS
• ACLS
• CRRT Prismaflex
• Balloon - Maquet Datascope preferred
• CVVH/Prismaflex - CRRT preferred
