Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer with a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree to join our team. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing our production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modifications.

3. Troubleshoot and Resolve Process Issues:

  • Identify root causes of process deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Respond promptly to production issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

4. Participate in Safety Audits and Compliance:

  • Contribute to safety audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

5. Conduct Experiments and Simulations:

  • Design and execute small-scale experiments and simulations to test process improvements.
  • Analyze data and draw actionable conclusions to drive process enhancements.

6. Continuous Learning and Training:

  • Stay abreast of advancements in process technologies and industry best practices.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

7. Design and Implement Process Improvements:

  • Develop innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

8. Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions:

  • Lead root cause analysis investigations for process deviations and drive the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Ensure sustainable solutions are implemented to prevent recurrence.

9. Develop Documentation and Procedures:

  • Create and maintain process flow diagrams and update standard operating procedures as needed.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

10. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate processes and facilitate scale-up activities.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.

11. Conduct Cost-Benefit Analyses:

  • Evaluate the economic impact of process changes and conduct cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex process issues.
  • Proficiency in process optimization techniques such as lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
