Accounting Manager (onsite not remote)
Modesto, CA
We are in search of an extraordinary accounting manager who thrives in a collaborative work culture and enjoys managing financial operations of a large business. Ideally you will bring project management experience, strong auditing skills, GL, Strong knowledge of AR, SOP review and implementation, accruals experience.

What you’ll do:
Provide onsite and direct support to the finance team reporting to Director of Accounting.
Top responsibilities:
- Exceptional Accounting (GAAP) experience
- Overseeing Accounting operations, Manage AR team
- Review and ensure accuracy from team members,
- Conduct audits and analyze data for compliance and accuracy
- Lead initiatives, review data and productivity for process improvement
- Develop and implement SOPs
- Willingness to coach and guide team to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance
Must have following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 3 years of Managing a team in Accounting (specifically AR)
- GL, AR, posting, billing, reconciliations, journal entries
- Self -starter and self directed
- Strong management skill and willingness to develop your team
- Analytical, review and optimize processes
Onsite Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Salary: $80-90k DOE
