We are seeking an experienced residential Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Deer Valley, AZ.

Preferred Skills:
- Make-Ready/Turns: Meticulously prepare each unit for new occupants.
- Electrical: Proficient in addressing electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Plumbing: Skilled in resolving issues with water heaters, sinks, faucets, showers, bathtubs, and toilets.
- Appliance Repair: Experienced in repairing standard home appliances like refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.
- Drywall Repair: Capable of skillfully repairing drywall and minor structural elements.
- Painting: Assist with painting tasks to uphold the visual appeal of our community.
- HVAC Certification: Not mandatory, but a big plus!
Requirements:
- A well-maintained set of personal hand tools, including a power drill.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability from Monday to Friday.
- At least 6 months recent on-site work experience in residential or hotel maintenance.
