Job Description / Delivery Driver

· The Delivery Driver will assist in the deliveries needed based on business needs.

· Must be available for early morning departures, extended hours and overnight travel.

· Needs to be able to proactively communicate delays and issues of an assigned route to customer and manager.

· Consistently maintain accurate paperwork and payment for deliveries.

· Must have a high level of organization, patience, and flexibility.

· Ensure proper cleanliness of vehicle.

· Ability to assist with loading and unloading of vehicle. Up to but not limited to 25lbs.

· Must have strong problem solving, customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Must have a clean driving record.

Job Description / Nursery Technician

• The Nursery Technician performs labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing plants, including, but not limited to; watering, pruning, washing, cloning, sorting, quality control, fulfillment, and facility maintenance under the supervision of the Nursery Manager.
• Perform all tasks in the nursery assigned by Nursery Managers.
• Cataloguing and maintaining organization of plants, tags, and pruning biomass.
• Maintain and follow the nursery department policies and procedures.
• Wash and sanitize all equipment.
• Must be able to maintain an organized and clean work environment.

• Flexibility to work with varied hours/day, including evenings, and holidays.

• Must be able to perform tasks in warm, humid, and high light environment.
• Minimum age of 21 years or older and pass a background check.
