Assistant Sorting Room Supervisor

Function: The Assistant Sorting Room Supervisor will work under the direction of and as a backup to the Sorting Room Supervisor to coordinate the efficient operation of the sorting room.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Sorting Room Supervisor in efficiently utilizing employees under your supervision. Train and cross-train all personnel to prepare them for any task assigned,
2. Assist the Sorting Room Supervisor to ensure all merchandise is sorted, tagged, and priced according to policy.
3. In coordination with the Sorting Room Supervisor, responsible for quality control and ensuring the production of a minimum of 9000 garments daily.
4. Maintain records - attendance, work schedules, production output, storage, quality, etc.
