Title:Assembly - Contractor - A
Location: 1215 South 52nd Street Tempe Arizona USA 85281
Duration: 12 Months
Pay rate: 1st shift--$19/HR on W2 without PTO(No Paid Holiday or Sick leave).
2nd shift—$20.90 on W2 without PTO(No Paid Holiday or Sick leave).
Shift:
1st (5 am – 2:30 pm)
2nd shift- 2:30 – 12 AM; On Friday 1 – 9:30
Description of work environment
Assembly floor.
Safety glasses, gloves.
Some choose to wear a smock to protect their clothing
Clean room
What is a typical workday?
Using RTV – Room temperature Volcanizing Silicon.
Cleaning the RTV and inspecting
Must- Haves (Hard Skills)
• Good hand/eye coordination – manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products
• Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
• Close attention to detail and quality
Nice-To- Haves (Hard Skills)
• Microscope experience
• Soldering experience
• Experience handing small products/microchips
Must- Haves (Soft Skills)
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Ability to work with little or no supervision if required
• Ability to make quality decisions quickly
• Patience
Degree/Certification Requirements
• HS Diploma/GED and 4 years’ experience
