Sr Marketing Operations Manager (Remote)

Remote

$60-65hr (Weekly pay + benefits)

6 month contract (Excellent potential for extension)

Full-time M-F 8am-5pm (Able to attend meetings PST/EST)

Job Description

The team is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join their Global Marketing Operations team.The ideal candidate would have the ability to make strategic decisions and handle strategic projects simultaneously.Youll be focused on tracking the Marketing business growth, guiding in the design of key reports and dashboards, supporting the execution of world class marketing campaigns, identifying areas of opportunity in our marketing tech architecture to better leverage it to support key processes, and be an integral part of providing strategic insights for the Marketing team. This person will be responsible for supporting various Marketing leaders in understanding Marketing execution of specific growth activities; from campaign execution, solving complex business problems, and instituting marketing reporting frameworks.

What excites you:

Product manage architectural improvements for our Marketing infrastructure by identifying growth areas for maturing our lead flow, reporting infrastructure, and campaign execution.

Audit and monitor companys entire lead flow process to ensure that we remove gaps and find areas of improvement in our lead flow to maximize conversion rates and drive pipeline growth

Serve as a Marketing Operation project lead for cross functional initiatives that ensure the projects are demonstrated best in class Marketing Operation practices

Help develop Monthly Business Review metrics by running analyses on marketing channel and program effectiveness across the entire lifecycle of the Demand Waterfall

Work across the Marketing Operations team on all aspects of program/campaign operations from audience targeting, to execution and evolution

Document, maintain, and evangelize Marketing Operation frameworks and processes to drive consistency across multiple partners

What excites us:

5+ years of **Marketing Operations experience with a Global B2B SaaS/Tech company

5+ years of experience with Eloqua and/or Marketo (Preferably Marketo)

5+ years of experience with Salesforce

Must have experience to led projects to completion and not just execute.

5+ years of experience with Marketing B2B Reporting (e.g. in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, PowerBi or similar)

Strong understanding and experience with HTML & CSS

Excellent experience with strategic marketing projects and creating/implementing strategic plans for improvements

Experience to manage architectural improvements for Marketing infrastructure by identifying growth areas for maturing company lead flow, reporting infrastructure, and campaign execution.

Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy

Good understanding of B2B email/nurture marketing best practices, deliverability/governance, data quality management and marketing attribution models

Demonstrated experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications for execution
