Position Summary:
LEAD Technical (www.lead-technical.com) has partnered with a well-established manufacturer and seeks an Industrial Electrician. The ideal candidate will have formal training and significant experience working in an industrial setting, with a strong emphasis on high-voltage systems. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and can seamlessly integrate into a set routine and schedule.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within an industrial environment.
- High-Voltage Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in working with high-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
- Installation and Upgrades: Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems and components to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Equipment Calibration: Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment to maintain optimal performance and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries related to electrical work.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members and production personnel to address electrical issues and minimize downtime.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Formal Training: Completion of formal training programs in electrical systems or related fields, with certification or licensure preferred.
- Industrial Experience: Proven experience working in an industrial setting, with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- High-Voltage Experience: Demonstrated expertise in working with high-voltage systems, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Reliability: Ability to adhere to a set routine and schedule, with a track record of reliability and consistency.
