Responsibilities:

Dispatch Management: Coordinate work orders for plumbing and building maintenance projects. Ensure timely dispatch to subcontractors.

Quality Assurance: Hold subcontractors accountable to our company standards. Monitor their performance and address any deviations.

Trade Expertise: Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and handyman repairs is a plus.

Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.

Computer Savvy: Handle administrative tasks, including work order documentation, using our systems.

Phone Wizardry: Efficiently manage phone calls related to work orders and client inquiries.

Organizational Ninja: Juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow up diligently.

Business Mindset: Run your own mini-operation within our larger business framework.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in dispatching, customer service, or work order management.

Trade Knowledge: Understanding of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in using computers, software, and communication tools.

Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping and documentation.
