Quality Control Nurse

The New Homestead is a 58-bed skilled nursing facility in Guthrie County. Our mission is enriching lives through kind, compassionate care. We provide short term and long term care to residents in a homelike setting. We understand that our employees are the backbone of our facility and we want to build our team to the best it can be! We are currently looking to fill our Infection Prevention/Quality Control Nurse. This position will oversee our infection control prevention program, monitor quality measures through improving systematic practices, staff training and development, complete skin assessments and assist the Director of Nursing with maintaining compliance and regulatory standards. The position will play a key role in the facilities Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement plan. This position is part-time with full-time opprotunities available to applicants willing to work additional shifts as the nurse for the skilled nursing facility.
