  • Identifying and addressing process and data issues through proper channels
  • Designing, modifying, and maintaining intelligent legal document templates with complex logic and mark-up for rendering by the CaseAware document generation engine.
  • Designing, modifying, and maintaining long-term reporting systems in SQL and PowerQuery.
  • Providing urgent ad hoc SQL reports to users on demand.
  • Auditing our case management software for data errors (duplicate entries, error-causing characters, missing data, etc.) and logic errors (processes being misdirected).

  • Programming experience in python considered an asset. If so, you can assist in other projects.
  • Professional and courteous communication with our colleague, who are the users of the systems we design.
  • Learning and understanding our business and law processes.
