About Us Westside Concepts opened the first Haymaker restaurant in 2013 in Peoria, AZ. Since then, we have opened 10 more locations, of which we have multiple concepts, including our newest, Copper & Sage. Copper and Sage will have the goal of providing refined comfort with approachable elegance. While the concepts are all very different, the goal is the same: to be your neighborhood bar or restaurant where you can feel great about bringing family and friends for any and all occasions. We continue to strive to create the highest quality of food as well as unforgettable guest experiences.

Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to join our dynamic team. Our General Managers cultivate and maintain the high standards of food quality, service, presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency of our restaurants.

The General Manager should be well versed in food costing, managing labor, great service standards, coaching and developing team members, budget performance and have the ability to adapt to an ever changing market.

You should be efficient and comfortable with computer interaction. Table service, ordering and inventory maintenance are just a few things that will require that comfort level. The General Manager should also feel comfortable communicating any needs, issues, or concerns with the Director of Operations as well as our Culinary leadership team.

Your duties will include

• Food Quality and Excellence
• Maintenance of Food Cost and Labor Goals
• Safe food handling and food safety knowledge
• Act as a role model

• Menu, drink recipe and line build knowledge
• Follow Operational Systems and SOPs

• Must be available nights & weekends
• Cultivate open communication between managers and team members alike

Experience

• Minimum 3-year General management experience in a high-paced restaurant
• Strong multitasking skills
