About Us Westside Concepts opened the first Haymaker restaurant in 2013 in Peoria, AZ. Since then, we have opened 10 more locations, of which we have multiple concepts, including our newest, Copper & Sage. Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to join our dynamic team. Our General Managers cultivate and maintain the high standards of food quality, service, presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency of our restaurants.

The General Manager should be well versed in food costing, managing labor, great service standards, coaching and developing team members, budget performance and have the ability to adapt to an ever changing market.

You should be efficient and comfortable with computer interaction. Table service, ordering and inventory maintenance are just a few things that will require that comfort level. The General Manager should also feel comfortable communicating any needs, issues, or concerns with the Director of Operations as well as our Culinary leadership team.

Experience
