Production Leader for Pre-Treat Department at Aluminum Finishing

We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Leader to oversee ourPre-Treat Department at our aluminum finishing company. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in production management within a manufacturingenvironment, particularly in the metal finishing industry.

KeyResponsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pre-Treat Department, includingsupervising staff, follow the schedule, audit the process, assigning tasks, andensuring that production targets are met- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that finishedproducts meet customer specifications and industry standards- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure thatproduction runs smoothly- Training new staff to ensure that they are properly learn all aspects of thepre-treatment process- Collaborate with the Paint Line and other departments, such as Packing andsales, to optimize production processes and meet customer demand- Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements toincrease efficiency and reduce waste- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the Pre-TreatDepartment operates in accordance with industry regulations

Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management, preferably inthe metal finishing industry- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate andinspire a diverse team- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of implementingprocess improvements- Knowledge of quality control processes and regulatory requirements in themetal finishing industry- Proficiency in auditing the process, making sure material processed iscorrect and according to schedule.
