In order to excel in the role of Full Time Lawn Care Supervisor at Got Lawn? Tree and Turf Care, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in lawn care services, coupled with at least 2 years of supervisory management experience. Essential certificates, licenses, and registrations are non-negotiable, including Category 24 Pesticides Licenses. Demonstrating proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, is imperative, as well as showcasing strong leadership, mentoring, and time management skills. Adeptness with Google Apps or similar technologies is a must, enabling seamless coordination with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• A minimum of five (3) years of relevant experience in lawn/horticulture/agronomy/lawn care services is necessary or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• A minimum of three (2) years of supervisory management experience is essential.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations mandated by federal and state laws are required.
• Category 24 Pesticides Licenses are a plus and should be obtained promptly if not already possessed.
• A valid permanent driver's license from the state of residence and a clean driving record in accordance with company standards are obligatory.
• Current liability auto insurance is required.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card is necessary.
• You must be at least 21 years old by the date of hire.
• Training, mentoring and effective time management skills.
• Competence with Google Apps or similar technologies.
