Inventory Control Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, who is a multinational corporation involved in marketing and food distribution, located in Central Islip, NY is seeking a Inventory Control specialist  to join their team. 

Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Central Islip, NY

Pay Range: $21

What’s the Job?

• Perform cycle counts, compiling and maintaining records of quantity and value of material, equipment, and supplies.  
• Researches the root causes for count discrepancies. 
• Perform quality check and supports the product recall process.
• Write routine reports and correspondence

What’s Needed?

• Experience in cycle count is preferred
• Ability to communicate verbally and written
• Must be detail oriented and have exemplary listening skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure 
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization. 

What’s in it for me?

• $21 hour rate and weekly pay
• Fulltime hours monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility to work 7:30am to 4:30pm.
