ABRA Auto Body and Glass is looking to fill a key position in our organization. The ABRA Receptionist serves as a first point of contact for customers and insurance companies by handling claims on behalf of the body shop. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A genuine desire to service the customer and a positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers and vendors and route to the appropriate department or employees.
  • Working with the team to maintain high customer service scores.
  • Properly represent the body shop to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner.
  • Assist with tendering cash and credit transactions and must do so accurately.
  • Files all documents as required and consistent with established filing procedures.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills:

  • Preferred that the employee be 18 or over in order.
  • Must be able to be covered by the dealership automobile insurance.
  • Prefer to have 6 months previous office experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Ability to understand mathematical concepts related to pricing and other calculations.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills must speak and write English fluently, Spanish fluency is optional but beneficial.
